I am a licensed clinical psychologist and psychological psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults and adolescents across a broad range of clinical contexts. My integrative approach combines evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and emotion-focused interventions, with a strong commitment to working responsively with each person’s unique experiences and inner logic. Rather than viewing symptoms as mere dysfunctions, I understand them as meaningful and often creative adaptations to challenging life conditions. In therapy, I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space for reflection, regulation, and sustainable psychological growth.
Maladaptive behaviors, whether they manifest in the context of stress, isolation, addiction, depression, anxiety, or other psychological difficulties, can be understood as creative adaptations to one’s environment. From this perspective, a collaborative and integrative approach, drawing on emotion-focused interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, as well as third- and fourth-wave approaches, offers a comprehensive and effective way of addressing psychological challenges.
