My therapeutic style is client-centred, structured, and collaborative, with a strong foundation in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I view therapy as a safe and supportive space in which clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, gain clarity, and work towards meaningful and sustainable change at their own pace. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is central to my work, as I see it as the basis for effective and successful therapy.
In my work with clients, I use evidence-based CBT approaches combined with visualisation techniques and, where helpful, creative and body-oriented methods. I enjoy making complex inner processes more tangible by visualising patterns, relationships, and goals, which can support understanding and insight. I work in a clear, structured way, helping clients break down challenges into manageable steps and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
I aim to understand each client within the context of their personal history, current life situation, and available resources. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we work together to identify underlying patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build on existing strengths. I encourage active participation and self-reflection, supporting clients in developing new perspectives and tools that foster long-term resilience and well-being.
