My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral principles, and I draw inspiration from methods like CBT, ACT, and DBT. I use selected tools from these approaches to help clients build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges — always in a non-clinical, counselling and coaching context. I’ve been working with people for over 10 years — as a psychologist, career coach, and someone who’s always been curious about how we grow and adapt. In my sessions, I bring both structure and flexibility: we might explore patterns, test out new strategies, or just take a moment to pause and check in.
