About me
Felicitas (she\her) is based in Berlin where she part–time raises her twin children with her ex–partner. She is bilingual German–English. Her other interests are running, fitness, music, intersectional feminism, cooking, crime and fantasy narratives.
Felicitas is a freelance coach facilitating change in a one-on-one as well as group setting. She is specialized in communication, boundaries and maintaining a strong mental health.
Felicitas Thompson has 10 years of experience as a school psychologist with the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family based in Berlin. There she specialized in special learning disabilities, inclusion, diversity, communication, change management and group coaching. Felicitas’ clients include school directors, educators with varying degrees, parents, children, teenagers and young adults. A large part of her work as an educational psychologist includes paving the way for integrated learning therapy that focuses on supporting children in acquiring the basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.

My main aim is to help you reach your full potential and achieve your goals. Whether you feel like you know what you want but are not sure how to get there or you feel change is necessary but you don’t know what to focus on.
I am a change facilitator, used to processing large amounts of information in a short amount of time. On that basis I help you focus on solutions, while utilizing your individual strengths. Uncovering any core beliefs which may be blocking your development, is part of the process. My role is to listen, understand, ask the right questions and facilitate the process which empowers you and equips you with the right tools. These enable you to take the next steps towards the desired change.
My approach is solution oriented, systematic and based on constructivist theory. Humor and lightness are just as much part of my repertoire as conversational tools and coaching exercises.
While I do use therapeutic methods I don't offer classical therapy. If you feel like you may be in a crises or struggle with the day to day life, I advise you to search for a liscenced psychotherapist or speak to your physician.
