I aim to create a space which feels flexible and accessible for people navigating life transitions, emotional pain or cultural disconnection. Building trust and working collaboratively is something I place a lot of importance on in our sessions. Therapy is a process where you should feel trust and safety to fully understand yourself.
I'll meet you where you are. Together we will explore what may be keeping you stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected- and gently work towards meaningful change.
I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I tailor our work to what you need most while guiding you and keeping you informed throughout the process. This may include processing past experiences, understanding recurring patterns, developing emotional regulation skills and reconnecting with parts of yourself that have felt silenced or lost.
