I offer counselling sessions based on mindfulness, compassion and cognitive behavioural therapy.
I help in stress reduction, burnout, career change, perfectionism, low self-esteem, health related problem (i.e. IBS, sleeping problems).
I offer:
1. counselling sessions: 70 Euro/ 60 minutes
2. individual Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course 8 sessions x 90 minutes plus handouts and mp3 downloads with meditations: 750 Euro (for the whole course).
3. individual Self- Compassion Course 8 sessions x 90 minutes plus handouts and mp3 downloads with meditations: 750 Euro (for the whole course).
