About me

I was born in Magdeburg in 1990. I lived in Vienna for around 10 years to study psychology. I then gained my first professional experience in various rehabilitation clinics (addiction, stress, depression) and began training as a psychotherapist. My life is centered in Berlin, where I currently practice.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and Commitment TherapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
Schema therapyRecommended for those who want to break out of negative patterns or "schemas" that they developed early in life and keep repeating.
I work with a behavioral therapy focus using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) methods to improve acceptance and calmness in relation to various problem situations. I also practice schema therapy approaches, which are used to work through early childhood experiences.
