I’m a Psychologist, Mediator and Systemic Coach with a passion for supporting individuals and conflicting parties. For Trauma survivors, I offer Narrative Exposure Therapy to help integrate your experiences that still create a dis-connect.
I work with people who feel stuck and overwhelmed - those who can’t seem to build the relationships and life they long for.
Whether it is at work, in love, or as a family navigating the power struggles and tenderness of navigating together, I help to create clarity, connection, and lasting change.
My journey began with volunteering as a counselor for children. After completing my studies, I worked with teenagers at the Red Cross and later supported leaders in the public sector. I have lived and worked in various countries and know how it is to find your way abroad and to start over from zero, sometimes over and again.
Whether it’s challenges at home or in your partnership, in your role as a parent, partner, friend, or in your professional life—these areas are often deeply interconnected.
Together, we take the time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface: where patterns come from, how they developed and what might be possible instead. Some patterns are inherited, others formed through early relationships. I work with people who want to make sense of what’s happening and explore new ways forward—without judgment or quick fixes.
My professional background includes:
→ Solution-focused therapy for families
→ Mediation for couples
→ Systemic coaching
→ Non-violent communication
In a fast-paced world full of pressure and expectations, moments of crisis or confusion can become important turning points. If you’re in such a moment and looking for a space to reflect, gain clarity, and explore change, I’d be honoured to support you.
