I combine warmth, clarity and honest reflection. Sessions with me are supportive, structured and tailored to your pace.
My work is client-centered, respectful, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding. I create a space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges openly and without judgment or the need to perform.
I work from the conviction that each occurring problem has a deeper meaning. Often, this part gets covered over by life experiences, painful dynamics, or the roles we’ve learned to play. I support clients in reconnecting with that inner clarity and strength, so they can meet life with more ease, confidence and self-trust.
I draw on systemic thinking to understand how family dynamics, relational patterns, and personal history shape the present. Many people carry unresolved dynamics from their past into their current relationships. This can show up as a partner, parent, friend, or professional. I help uncover those patterns with care and curiosity, not blame.
As a trained mediator, I also support couples or family members in navigating difficult conversations and finding new ground for connection.
NET (Narrative Exposure Therapy) is a tool we can use for working through trauma. This applies to you, if you find yourself re-experiencing a past experience and are ready to work through it.
