My therapeutic approach is primarily based on resource activation and a psychodynamic perspective on the human subject. I value this approach for its emphasis on self-understanding, self-reflection, and the importance of relationships. I also believe that integrating relaxation and somatic focused techniques can be highly effective, helping individuals cultivate mindfulness and body awareness.
Additionally, I provide a safe and inclusive space that embraces diversity.
Over the years, my clinical experiences especially with human who have fled have deepened my understanding of trauma, grief, and loss, which has become a central focus in my work.
My work ethic is rooted in three key pillars: deep listening, professionalism, and intuition. As a passionate, curious, and multilingual psychotherapist, I am continually learning, exploring, and growing in my practice.
I provide therapeutic counselling in English, German and Turkish (Kurdish, basic knowledge).
