I'm Sara, a neurodivergent psychotherapist originally from Hungary, passionate about helping people better understand themselves and their unique ways of functioning. My goal is to support people in embracing how their brain works and how they can live more authentically, whether they are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD, or experience life differently in other ways.
Embodying a person-centered approach, I am here to provide a safe, supportive environment where we can work together to embrace these differences. My training in relaxation techniques also offers valuable tools for managing stress and emotional overwhelm.
Informed by my research in positive psychology and emotion regulation, I use evidence-based approaches to foster emotional balance and well-being. In my master's degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling I conducted research on well-being and flow state, and have held workshops on resilience, strengths exploration and learning.
Having lived in Paris, Berlin, and Malta, I understand the emotional complexities of adapting to new cultures and the unique struggles expat life can bring.
