My clinical approach is molded to a client’s needs in the moment, and is psychodynamic, culturally-aware, relational, depth-oriented, person-centered, systems-based, somatic, liberation-oriented, and trauma-informed.
I bring a warm and holding presence, with a discerning capacity for playfulness and directness when appropriate. I am competent at steadily guiding clients deeper into the unconscious, discovering meaningful insights, and finding tangible ways forward. I show up with profound patience, acceptance, and honesty.
