She has had a personal mindfulness practice for over 8 years, is certified in the .b Mindfulness in Schools Project curriculum for teenagers, mindfulness awareness training and currently completing a 200-hour mindfulness and compassion based meditation teacher training.
Rosie offers a safe, respectful and private environment online and in-person to navigate your self-discovery and growth.
Rosie offers coaching because she wants to collaborate with clients to make meaningful changes to them, in a kind, healthy and supported way. We do this by focusing on the five building blocks of wellbeing: Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment. The aim of Rosie's coaching is to help you make informed choices on how to live a more fulfilling life that is aligned with your values and interests. Rosie will support you with choosing the next steps to integrate these areas of wellbeing into your daily life.
Positive psychology is the centre of Rosie's coaching. It is an emerging field of scientific study that focuses on positive human functioning and flourishing. Rosie applies insights from the growing body of research and theory to the coaching programme, which includes tools that promote wellbeing, build positive relationships with ourselves, with others, and with the life we live in.
