Dealing with depression, anxiety and emotional distress is difficult and overwhelming. Making a decision to seek professional help and choosing the right therapist is very challenging. I firmly believe that people have a natural tendency toward growth, healing, and self-actualization. In order to encourage the healing process I help my clients to use their own understanding of their own experiences, by means of client-centered therapy approach in combination with relaxation and breathing techniques, emotional freedom techniques and clinical hypnosis.
