I offer sexual counselling for a fulfilled and self-determined sexuality. A trusting and open exchange is particularly important to me. My approach is based on Sexocorporel, a body-oriented method that includes both conversations and targeted perception and physical exercises. These exercises take place without physical contact and fully clothed and can be individually deepened and repeated at home. A better understanding of one's own body and its resources opens up new paths to a fulfilled sexuality. My goal is to support you in integrating a vibrant, enriching and satisfying love and sex life into your life. Sexocorporel is a sexological counselling approach developed in the 1970s by Prof. Jean-Yves Desjardins in Canada. It is based on the realisation that cognitive, emotional and physical processes are inextricably linked and influence each other. Everyone can develop sexually – throughout their entire life. In order to consciously reflect on and shape sexuality, I incorporate thoughts, feelings, physically learned abilities and relationship dynamics into my work. Through targeted awareness and physical exercises, I support you in setting new impulses and shaping your sexuality according to your own needs. My therapeutic approach is based on the principles of sexual health according to the WHO (2006).

Since 2022, I have been running a sexual counselling practice called ‘vilkama&pantel’ in Berlin together with my colleague Johanna Pantel. We offer counselling in our practice rooms in Kreuzberg and Wilmersdorf and online. In addition, we give seminars together on sexual self-assurance and for people who are confronted with changes in their sexuality after cancer. We also provide further training for specialist staff in clinics and cancer counselling centres.
