About me
My own journey exploring myself and working on my own challenges started in 2011.
On my way I learned and experienced a lot and I still do, as this journey is a lifelong path.
I studied Psychology, did a training in sexual and couples therapy and opened my practice in 2020.
Since then, I accompany individual clients, couples and groups navigating their challenges.
I am also familiar with open and polyamorous relationships and LGBTQI lifeworlds.

Sex therapyRecommended for individuals or couples who want help improving their sex life, intimacy, or overcoming sexual issues in a supportive environment.
We will start from your current challenging situation. Together we will go through your process dealing with current struggles. On your journey you will come in contact e.g. with your history, your needs, your boundaries, when it comes to relationships and sex.
In every step of your process you decide where we might have a look on - and where not.
I work process oriented with integrative methods, which means I combine methods from different therapeutic backgrounds.
