I draw from following methods

**psychodynamic (focussing on the relationship and how we have learned to relate to others across life)
**embodiment (what I feel in my body)
**mindfulness (how I judge and observe myself and others).
With other words: I am eclectic, as I believe all therapeutic methods have different strengths and weaknesses. By having a background in multiple I can adapt to what seems most fitting in the given situation.
