I breathe deeply, I am direct and I laugh a lot (great tension release btw). I also have a lot of energy to tackle topics that others prefer to ignore.
My mission is to help people feel alive and enjoy existing. Especially women and queers having experienced sexual, physical, or emotional abuse. Or neglect, less talked about - but not being cared for can hurt much more than being hit.
Our goal is to feel connected! with yourself, others, the world, and the universe.
My gateways for this are sexuality and body perception. More precisely, reconnecting with pleasure. Pleasure can be tainted by confusion. What actually feels good for me? What do I actually desire and like? Does this make you freeze?
Pleasure is interesting, because its subjective. You, and only you decide what feels pleasurable for you. This means: you have power over your experience of pleasure.
It becomes more interesting, and more complex, when we experience pleasure with someone else. How to feel myself AND connect with the other?
I work with individuals and couples that feel disconnected. In couples I focus on bi-nationalities, hello to culture clashes, and how to find a common ground with different desires - eg. monogamy vs non-monogamy, high vs low sexual desire, kinky vs vanilla, children vs. no children. If any of this applies please come WITH your partner.

Yes, I'm multicultural, even in my studies. I am a polyglot: English, German, Spanish and Italian so far, French in process. I am also a natural redhead - a fiery white privileged minority.
