About me

Perhaps this feels familiar.

From the outside, your life works. You carry responsibility, perform at a high level and manage many things with ease. Others see you as capable, reliable and resilient. Yet inside, something no longer feels quite right.

Many of the people I work with describe exactly this experience. They've spent years functioning. At work. In relationships. For their families. They've learned to be strong, dependable and to put their own needs aside.

I work with people who recognize themselves in this. People who aren't looking for another self-improvement strategy, but for a way back to themselves.

Before becoming a coach, I worked in international companies including Coca-Cola, L'Oréal, Daimler and later in a fast-growing start-up. I know what it feels like to carry responsibility, perform under pressure and appear to have everything under control while gradually losing connection with yourself.

These experiences sparked my curiosity about how we as humans adapt, why we respond so differently to stress and why certain patterns remain—even when we understand them intellectually.

Today, I work as a systemic coach and trauma-informed, body-oriented practitioner. My work combines psychological understanding with deep respect for everything the body and nervous system have learned in order to keep us safe.

Creating a space where nothing has to be achieved is at the heart of my work. A space where you don't have to perform, but can become curious about what has shaped you, what still protects you and what you truly need.

I work with people who are willing to meet themselves with honesty, compassion and patience—creating change that isn't just understood, but deeply experienced and integrated into everyday life.

If you recognize yourself in these words, I'd be delighted to meet you.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
Somatic coachingRecommended for those who want to use body awareness and movement to release emotional tension and promote personal growth.

Many people understand their patterns very well.

They know why they struggle to set boundaries, why they constantly take care of others, why they feel exhausted or why the same relationship dynamics keep repeating.

Yet understanding alone often doesn't create lasting change.

This is because many of our deepest patterns don't begin in the mind. They begin in the nervous system.

From early in life, our body learns what safety feels like. Whether closeness is safe. Whether we need to perform to belong. These early experiences continue to shape how we think, feel and relate to others—often outside our conscious awareness.

This is why my work goes beyond conversation and cognitive insight.

I combine systemic coaching with trauma-informed, body-oriented approaches. Together, we pay attention to what is happening in the present moment: physical sensations, emotions, protective responses and nervous system patterns.

The goal isn't to push through difficult experiences or endlessly revisit the past. Instead, we create the conditions for your nervous system to experience greater safety, flexibility and connection.

My approach is collaborative, resource-oriented and paced according to what feels manageable for your system. Sustainable change happens when insight is supported by new embodied experiences.

My work is informed by systemic coaching, contemporary trauma and attachment research, Polyvagal Theory and body-oriented approaches. When appropriate, I also integrate perspectives from epigenetics.

I don't see healing as a process of becoming someone new. I see it as reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath the strategies that once helped you survive.

Experience

6 years in practiceAlmost 2 years at It's Complicated

Today, I work in private practice as a systemic coach and trauma-informed, body-oriented practitioner.

Before becoming self-employed, I spent many years working for international companies including Coca-Cola, L'Oréal and Daimler, as well as a fast-growing start-up. My background includes strategy, organizational development, project management and team development.

These experiences continue to shape my work today. I understand the realities of high responsibility, constant performance, organizational change and demanding professional environments from first-hand experience.

This allows me to connect particularly well with leaders, entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and others who carry significant responsibility while navigating personal challenges.

Today, I combine this business background with systemic, trauma-informed and body-oriented approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.

Education

My work integrates different approaches that complement each other to provide systemic, trauma-informed and body-oriented support.

My professional training includes:

• NI Neurosystemic Integration® Practitioner (Verena König) • Systemic Coaching • Further training in trauma-informed and body-oriented approaches • Certification in Epigenetics Consulting • Ongoing professional development in trauma, attachment and nervous system research

Continuous learning is an important part of my work. I regularly deepen my knowledge through further education and integrate current findings from trauma research, attachment theory and Polyvagal Theory into my practice.

Rather than relying on one single method, I aim to find the approach that best supports each individual and their unique process.
