About me

*Who you’ll work with* I'm a systemic coach who supports people in finding clarity – during professional or life transitions, when facing important decisions, or when the complexity of daily life overwhelms their sense of agency. My clients are individuals navigating change, questioning their direction, or seeking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves within the contexts in which they live and work. *My background* I came to coaching from years of working in environments where ambiguity and complexity were constant – AI research, art institutions, and organizational development. What this taught me: how to hold space for uncertainty, how to see patterns in complex systems, and how people find clarity when given room to think. My systemic coaching is a natural extension of this work – supporting individuals in navigating their own complex systems with the same curiosity and care. *What guides me* I create space that often doesn't exist in daily life – for complexity without pressure, for openness without judgment, for genuine encounter with your own goals and concerns. This space is grounded in empathy and curiosity, and in the fundamental belief that you are the expert of your own life. *How it feels* What matters is how the situation feels to you, what it means to you, and what you need next. We explore not just what is happening, but how you experience it – because your perception, your values, and your sense of what's right are what guide the way forward. Systemic coaching means: We don't look at you in isolation, but within the context of your relationships, roles, and systems. I guide the process to help you develop your solutions. What emerges is always individual – because there are no standard situations, and because your answers need to fit your reality. *Languages & Setting* I work in German and English, in person in Berlin or online. My practice is for anyone who needs space – for clarification, for perspective shifts, for the next step.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Systemic coachingRecommended for those who want to improve their personal or professional relationships by understanding how they function within larger systems.
Transactional analysisRecommended for those who want to understand and improve their interactions with others by exploring the roles they take on in relationships.
*How systemic coaching works* Systemic coaching is an approach based on the understanding that you already have the resources to change your situation towards a desired outcome – even when that's not immediately visible. My role is to create a space where you can discover these resources, develop new perspectives, and clarify your options for action. "Systemic" means we view you as a complex individual with multiple facets, internal dynamics, roles, and relationships. Often, the solution doesn't lie within the person alone, but in how that person interacts with their surroundings, the roles they take on, and the expectations and emotions at play. By understanding that complexity, new possibilities emerge. *When coaching can be helpful* There are many situations where coaching can offer support: - You're facing an important decision and need clarity about your priorities - You're in transition – professionally or personally – and seeking orientation - You're experiencing conflicting expectations or roles that don't quite fit - You sense a gap between your values and your current situation - You feel stuck and are looking for new perspectives - You want to understand patterns that keep repeating in your life - You're questioning your direction and need space to explore what really matters to you Sometimes, the matter you want to work on is not even clear to you yet, but there is an urge to externalise your thoughts and receive feedback. That’s okay. All of your questions, concerns, and feelings are welcome as a starting point for the coaching process. *What a coaching session looks like* I utilize phenomenology, feedback, systemic conversion techniques, and structured methods to guide your process. My task is to sharpen your exploration through precise, curious inquiry and empathy, and explore together what lies beneath. I don't work from a fixed script but follow what emerges. Sometimes we clarify patterns and dynamics that were previously invisible. Sometimes we develop concrete action steps. Sometimes it's about pausing and sensing what actually matters. The process is always individual. *What you take away* At the end of a coaching process – whether that's one session or ten – you take what fits for you: clarity about your options for action. New perspectives on stuck situations. Confidence in your decisions. Concrete next steps. And often, a changed understanding of yourself and the systems you move within.
