*Who you’ll work with*
I'm a systemic coach who supports people in finding clarity – during professional or life transitions, when facing important decisions, or when the complexity of daily life overwhelms their sense of agency. My clients are individuals navigating change, questioning their direction, or seeking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves within the contexts in which they live and work.
*My background*
I came to coaching from years of working in environments where ambiguity and complexity were constant – AI research, art institutions, and organizational development. What this taught me: how to hold space for uncertainty, how to see patterns in complex systems, and how people find clarity when given room to think. My systemic coaching is a natural extension of this work – supporting individuals in navigating their own complex systems with the same curiosity and care.
*What guides me*
I create space that often doesn't exist in daily life – for complexity without pressure, for openness without judgment, for genuine encounter with your own goals and concerns. This space is grounded in empathy and curiosity, and in the fundamental belief that you are the expert of your own life.
*How it feels*
What matters is how the situation feels to you, what it means to you, and what you need next. We explore not just what is happening, but how you experience it – because your perception, your values, and your sense of what's right are what guide the way forward.
Systemic coaching means: We don't look at you in isolation, but within the context of your relationships, roles, and systems. I guide the process to help you develop your solutions. What emerges is always individual – because there are no standard situations, and because your answers need to fit your reality.
*Languages & Setting*
I work in German and English, in person in Berlin or online. My practice is for anyone who needs space – for clarification, for perspective shifts, for the next step.
