I have always been fascinated by the question of what shapes people in their relationships – with themselves, with others, privat or workwise, and with their past. Today, as a couples and family therapist and systemic counselor, I support people in breaking destructive patterns, gaining clarity, and creating new paths in their relationships.
Before finding my way into counseling and therapy, I spent many years working in the film and advertising industry. There, I learned how to navigate diverse personalities, expectations, and conflicts – an experience that enriches my work today and that I gladly incorporate into my business counceling.
With the birth of my child, I began to take a deeper look at the patterns that shape our lives. This exploration ultimately led me to therapeutic work.
My approach is rooted in experience: I believe that true change arises not just from insight, but from lived experience. I view each person as part of a larger system, and meaningful transformation requires us to explore the dynamics within and around us. A somatic perspective is an integral part of my work, helping to anchor healing not only in the mind, but also in the body.
I work with appreciation, openness, and without judgment – with the aim of fostering new connections and strengthening meaningful relationships.
My practice in Berlin-Mitte is a space for growth and exchange – whether through business coaching, couples and family therapy, or individual counseling. I am convinced that change is possible – and it begins with the first step.
