How do we become who we are? How can we deal with challenges and difficulties in a healthy way? To what extent - and how - can we change?
Questions like these have accompanied me since my early youth. Putting inner connections into words, telling stories, and exploring personalities have always fascinated and inspired me.
My own path of development and insight led - through many detours, changes of schools, fields of study, and places to live, through major and minor personal crises and various therapeutic experiences - professionally as well, along winding roads to where I am today. After years of self-employment in the literary field (DAS VORZIMMER), I decided to reorient toward therapy and coaching, followed by several trainings in this area.
Since 2019, I have been working with individual clients, couples, and families and continue to pursue ongoing professional development. In parallel, as a freelance PEP trainer with the Institute for Counseling and Training, I support companies and organizations in the areas of time management and self-organization.
I have lived in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg since 2012 with my husband and our two teenage children.
Seeing and understanding my clients in their unique ways of being and life situations, and supporting them in finding new solutions as experts in themselves, activating and creating resources, fills me with deep joy and gratitude.
