Licensed therapist & certified IFS level 3 practitioner—specializing in complex trauma & plant medicine integration. I offer an inclusive space that meets you where you’re at, so you can feel seen and heard.
I provide therapy, mentorship, and plant medicine guidance. The more we meet, tend, and metabolize pain— we restore our capacity for aliveness, beauty, and delight.
I specialize in complex trauma and provide plant medicine preparation and integration. The foundations of my practice are Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and earth based wisdom. My approach is warm, collaborative, and welcoming to all the layers of your experience. I am here to support you through grief as it arrives in its many forms of expression. I am trained in supporting those holding legacy and cultural burdens.
My background includes an MA in Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Psychology, continued education with the IFS Institute, and Polyvagal Institute. I allow my own journey inward, continued clinical supervision, and ongoing education to imprint my work, ensuring that I show up with integrity, curiosity, and a deep commitment to your healing process.
I’m glad you’re here—beginning the journey to find support can be the hardest part. Seeking care is an act of self love and respect for ourselves. It’s a very wise action to know when we are ready for a mirror and guide.
We will slow down together to check in with your inner world. And honor that tending to ourselves takes time, consistency, and willingness. Healing is not quick and it isn’t in the hands of anyone but ourselves. If we show up to ourselves with commitment, a little curiousity, and some intention we have a good chance at recovering, feeling like ourselves again, and returning to more consistent joy in life.
I deeply appreciate guiding people through their process, inner healing, and intentions. Each season of our life calls for us to arrive to the altar of self exploration in different ways. What’s important is that we show up when we notice something feels off. That’s our intuition saying we aren’t in harmony or equilibrium. It’s a very wise voice.
I support you to return to harmony. Or perhaps find it for the first time in your life. I help people to find more self trust so choices in life are made from an aligned and rooted place within. My approach is self empowering, direct, and compassionate. It respects your inner wisdom and ability to embody the medicine, and it is guided thoughtfully in a manner that focuses on your intentions and why you came in. It takes into account the body, heart, mind, and utilizes your felt sense and your intuition to guide the process.
I support you to find freedom from anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, numbness, and stagnation, burnout, feeling lost or uprooted. Our nervous system is very intelligent and will inform us when something is off—and the symptoms of all these ailments I mention are very wise indicators that I support you to listen to. The way to wellbeing is through. We will tend to all the symptoms so you might find more spaciousness, faith, self trust, ease in your body and heart, and more peace and joy flowing freely.
I'm here to support you to move through this with tenderness, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we will weave together these practices so you may find more internal clarity and relief.
We will collaboratively create a set of intentions so there is a clear roadmap for our time together. We sit together at a pace that meets you exactly where you are.
I also support people to prepare for and integrate plant medicine work. I provide referrals for trusted gatherings and ceremonies sitting with the medicines. On occasion I will accompany those on retreats for added support. Particularly those working with the medicines of the Amazon (Ayahuasca, and rapé). My website has more information about plant medicine work.
I work from a de-colonial framework, one that honors lived experience, recognizes how disconnection and fragmentation can be legacies of colonization. Together, we explore how your story is woven with broader cultural, relational, and historical threads, not just individual symptoms.
Many people leave our work together with more awareness of themselves (body, heart and mind), contributing to more confidence, clarity around their priorities, more self empowerment, and better able to show up for themselves and others with integrity and care.
Finding the right therapist is essential. I offer a free 20 minute complimentary consultation so we can see if we fit well. If it is not the right match, I am happy to share trusted referrals.
