Therapy with me is steady, warm, and collaborative. We slow down so your system can feel safe and you can hear yourself clearly. I draw on Internal Family Systems, somatic work, and attachment based care to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected. You will craft a set of intentions with my support so there is focus with our time together.
We will welcome all parts of you. Instead of trying to fix anything, we get curious about the patterns that protect you and tend to the pain they guard. As your Self (knowing wise voice within) leads, your body settles, your choices become clearer, and emotions feel easier to hold. We wont force, we will be with 'what is' and tend to everything that emerges in the session with care.
Sessions may include gentle body awareness, breath, tracking sensations, mapping parts, unburdening (freeing them of extreme roles and emotional weight) parts, compassionate dialogue, and simple rituals you can bring into daily life. You set the pace. Slow is fast. When we move with care, change lasts.
I support people working with complex trauma and attachment injuries, anxiety and depression, burnout and perfectionism, people struggling with strong inner critics, people pleasing, major life transitions, recovery, grief, and life transitions. I regularly work with internationals and creatives who want therapy that is thoughtful, embodied, and applicable in daily life. I offer an affirming supportive space for expats, for those who identify as neurodivergent, for people integrating psychedelic or plant medicine experiences, and for those in open or polyamorous relationships.
I work from a de-colonial and non-pathologising framework, one that honors lived experience, recognizes how disconnection and fragmentation can be legacies of colonization. Together, we explore how your story is woven with broader cultural, relational, and historical threads, not just individual symptoms.
Many people leave our work together with more awareness of their system (parts of themselves, body, heart and mind), contributing to more confidence, clarity around their priorities, more self empowerment, and better able to show up in their relationships with integrity and care.
