My approach is gentle, attentive, and grounded in the belief that therapy is not only about discussing problems, but about creating a living, authentic encounter — an experience of being seen, understood, and accepted.
I believe that every person already has the inner resources needed for change, but sometimes this connection with oneself gets lost due to trauma, external pressure, or prolonged stress. In such cases, protective mechanisms — such as anxiety, emotional withdrawal, self-criticism, or avoidance — often take over. While they once helped us cope, over time they can become limiting.
In my work, I draw on:
IFS (Internal Family Systems) — a method that helps connect with different parts of the self: vulnerable, wounded, protective, and critical.
EFT / EFIT (Emotionally Focused Therapy / Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) — approaches that restore connection to emotions, allowing them to be experienced without shame, avoidance, or harsh self-judgment.
I support clients in addressing anxiety, stress, panic attacks, building self-confidence, improving relationships, and restoring a sense of inner wholeness.
Our sessions move at your pace. My role is to be present, attentive, and supportive as you discover new aspects of yourself, learn to listen to your needs, and find ways to live in greater harmony with yourself and the world around you.
Although my academic background is in medicine, my work in private practice is focused exclusively on psychotherapy and psychological support. I do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment; instead, I help clients explore their inner world, develop emotional resilience, and navigate personal challenges.
