As a bilingual Psychologist, I bring over a year and eight months of hands-on experience applying the biopsychosocial model and cognitive behavioral approach to intervene with approximately 500+ patients across diverse settings. This includes providing online psychological support, alongside in-person interventions, to cater to the evolving needs of individuals seeking mental health assistance. Whether working in a maternal-child clinic, a sports medical center, or through virtual platforms, my focus remains on delivering effective and compassionate care tailored to each client's unique circumstances. My journey has taken me across borders, residing in culturally rich environments such as Holland, Malaysia, Oman, Colombia, Venezuela, and beyond, which has enhanced my multicultural perspective and ability to adapt seamlessly to varied contexts.
I have also conducted workshops for journalism students, focusing on sensitive suicide reporting, and engaged in educational activities with children in foster homes. Moreover, I've designed didactic activities tailored to university students, aiding them in managing depression and academic anxiety.
Grounded in a foundation of personal and professional ethics, encompassing responsibility, discipline, commitment, adaptation, prevention, and health promotion, my primary goal is to guide individuals in navigating emotional distress. I keenly observe behavioral changes as indicators of progress and tailor interventions to help individuals overcome challenges they face.
