My own path to a self-empowered, embodied life was through mindfulness and getting to know my nervous system. Today I am a certified mindfulness teacher and certified coach for neurointegration and have well over 1000 hours of self-experience in mindfulness, bodywork and nervous system tracking. My focus lies on the work with Adult children of alcoholics or dysfuntional families as well as trauma sensitive mindfulness and meditation.

Together we will create a map of your nervous system and work out your triggers for activation. In a safe space, I will provide you with methods for self-regulation, which we will practise together and integrate what works for you. We will explore exercises int the sessions which you can integrate in your everyday life.
Bottom up methods: We use methods that allow your body to communicate such as: guided mindfulness excercises, somatic tracking and movement
Top down methods: We also integrate change by understanding a process, so through psychoeducation. I will always explain why we use which exercises or which principles nervous system work is based on. We don't do any excercises without your consent first.
