Having travelled extensively in Europe, and beyond -lived in Switzerland, Netherlands, and Croatia- then in Germany for over 9 years (Berlin, Kiel, etc) and having travelled to USA, Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Poland, NZ, England, Scotland, Rep. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales; and completion of an additional Masters programme degree in intercultural studies (clinical health focus Thesis), I fully recognise the challenges- both positive and difficult- in functioning in a different country to one's origins.

-My counselling, and coaching, style is inspired by an integrative approach including emphasis on humanistic and existential, narrative, and motivational contexts, along with emotion-focussed therapy (EFT) and, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT, and many issue-specific variants of) & DBT processes; and, Trauma informed care.
-Together, we will explore your capacity to develop your skills- healthily, and enhance emotional and psychological wellbeing, coping resilience, and quality of life functioning.
-A sense of purpose, and meaning in life, the experience of health, capacity to handle stress, and feelings of self-satisfaction, are necessary to feel fulfilled.
-So too, your strengthened self-worth, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and self-efficacy.
