I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. My approach is informed by relational psychoanalysis, affective neuroscience, attachment theory, somatic psychology, contemplative psychotherapy, depth psychology, and Eastern and Western philosophical traditions.
My ongoing training, personal therapy, and supervision allow me to listen deeply and non-judgmentally as we engage in a therapeutic dialogue in which your emotional needs are made a priority.
Through experiencing the freedom of talking in an atmosphere of radical acceptance, we liberate powerful emotions that help us make deep and lasting changes. When fully understood, painful psychological symptoms will dissolve over time, increasing your ability to choose more creative alternatives to living.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy for people who want to get at the roots of their painful thoughts, feelings, and actions. Please do not hesitate to email me and schedule a free consultation to learn more about how this process works and to see if we are a good fit in working together. I wish you all the best in your search.
