Through the Gestalt method, we will work together to resolve painful experiences from the past, experiment with new possibilities in the present, and cultivate the qualities you wish to embody. I have a particular expertise in supporting clients through relocation and other borderline situations and crises, moreover organizational change, drawing on my background as a Chief HR Officer and coach for multinational companies. Importantly I take a comprehensive, holistic view - attending to the interconnections between your mind, body, and spirit. This ensures that our work addresses the full breadth of your experience, leading to lasting, integrative transformation. As a trained psychologist, I understand the neurobiological underpinnings of the Gestalt approach. By fostering a deeply empathetic therapeutic relationship and guiding you through experiential exercises, we can promote the release of neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which are crucial for regulating mood, motivation, and overall well-being. This can have a profound and lasting impact on your cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns, supporting you in achieving your goals.
