I am a Brazilian psychologist and neuropsychologist with a strong international background. Fluent in English since childhood, I moved to Europe for my master’s degree and PhD.
I believe self-awareness is a powerful foundation for meaningful and lasting change. Listening to my clients’ stories and helping them make sense of their emotions, thoughts, and patterns is at the core of my work. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where insight, emotional understanding, and practical change develop together.
Having worked with individuals from diverse cultural and life backgrounds, I bring a global and culturally sensitive perspective to therapy. I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported, while also being gently guided toward growth. Clients often describe my style as warm, attentive, and reflective, while also structured and goal-oriented.
I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, including the emotional challenges related to expat life.
What working with me is like:
Sessions are thoughtful, supportive, and structured. We explore emotions and patterns in a grounded way, always connecting insight to real-life situations. Therapy usually begins with a careful understanding of what you are going through, who you are, the different contexts of your life, your goals, and your main challenges.
From there, we focus on what is most pressing, working toward greater emotional stability and well-being. As therapy progresses, we move beyond symptom relief into deeper self-understanding, helping you recognize recurring patterns, strengthen emotional flexibility, and relate to yourself and others in a more conscious and integrated way.
Throughout the process, therapy remains collaborative, reflective, and paced according to your needs.
We may be a good fit if you are:
✔Open to self-reflection and personal responsibility.
✔Interested in understanding patterns.
✔ "Stuck" and are ready for a change, even if you aren't sure what that looks like yet.
✔ A high-achiever struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome, or burnout.
✔ Navigating a major life transition (career change, relationship shift, new parenthood).
✔ Tired of repeating the same patterns in your relationships.
✔ An over-thinker who needs help connecting with your emotions.
For couples therapy, we may be a good fit if you are:
✔ Interested in moving from "you vs. me" to "us vs. the problem."
✔ Committed to growth, even when the conversations get uncomfortable.
✔ Want to break free from the same argument you've had a hundred times.
✔ Ready to rebuild trust, intimacy, or friendship after a rupture.
✔ Looking for practical tools to communicate and connect better.
Ultimately, the most important factor is finding someone you feel comfortable with. If I seem like that person, reach out.
