About me

Hi, my name is Marta, and I am originally from Slovakia, although I have lived in many other countries, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Colombia. Exposure to diverse regional contexts has given me tangible experience in adapting to and being sensitive to different cultural realities. As I studied Child and Adolescent Psychology, I specialise in working with adolescents, parents and adults that would like to connect with their inner child. Oftentimes, it is our trauma from childhood and unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns that are holding us back from experiencing life with all the beauty and joy it has to offer. I offer evidence-based counselling inspired by my Masters level training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as Mindfulness practices and Trauma-Informed care. We will work together to help you lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I look forward to meeting you!
