I utilise an integrative approach that has been described as warm, supportive, accepting, flexible, patient and non-judgemental. My approach is largely motivated by who you are as well as your history, needs and goals. We work with what you identify as the most important at the present moment.
Missed Appointments, Lateness, and Cancellations Sessions must be requested, confirmed and paid by clients at least 48 hours in advance. Any session confirmed or paid by the client less than 48 hours in advance is not guaranteed and the slot can be offered to another client.
Your session time is reserved specifically for you. If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, the session will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the full session fee.
Changing the time and date of the session is possible at least 48 hours in advance. Any late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or missed appointments will be charged in full .

Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 Health Psychologist in Training NHS Scotland, Glasgow • 2-year doctoral level placement within Specialist Children's Services as part of a unique programme funded by the NHS Education for Scotland. Development of 5 competencies was facilitated through collaborative work with a wide range of child health professionals, including health visitors in primary care, health improvement staff in public health, clinical staff involved in the provision of parenting interventions for families, educational psychologists as well as teaching staff from primary and secondary schools
