Relationship Issues Alcohol Concerns Bereavement and loss Work Related Issues Anxiety, depression and low self-esteem Fatigue, lack of motivation and loss of meaning Life transitions and change Mental Health problems I have a Masters Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Integrative Person-Centred Counselling, and over 25 years' experience in mental heath and rehabilitation.
I also work with couples seeking to improve their relationships, and with children with ADHD and ASD in school settings and at home.
For me, it's really important that people are able to feel safe, secure, and to know that therapy is a place where there will be no judgement - just help, support and understanding, exploring issues and discovering ways of moving ahead. I also believe therapy should be a collaboration, and that laughter and good honest human connection are as important as exploring harder issues and emotions.
If your not sure, just send me a message and I will get back to you.
I offer sessions without a 'tie-in', so I offer one session at a time, and you can cancel whenever you want. I believe this gives you control and autonomy, and allows you to access to therapy without needing to commit to long and expensive sessions.

I offer telephone counselling, online counselling, and also face to face counselling.
If you're not sure and it all feels overwhelming, you can contact me through the site for a free chat.
I offer a Free Assessment so you can get a feel for what therapy will be like and decide if you want to go ahead. There is no obligation to continue after this.
This will be a really comfortable and safe space where you can bring anything at all in complete confidence.
If your not sure, please do contact me about a free consultation as its a really good way of trying therapy out. If you just want to find out more about the consultation, that's absolutely fine - just drop me a line and I will get back to you.
I am a psychological therapist working part time with the NHS. I've been a therapist for over 15 years. I've been privileged to work with countless people from all walks of life. I know how hard it can be to take that first step and reach out for help - it's easy to feel isolated and hopeless. You might feel like you're the only one going through this. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding. Counselling can really help and I'm dedicated to creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
You can contact me through the site for a free consultation. This would be 20 minutes, and would be an opportunity for you to say what's on your mind, offload a few things, and decide if you wanted to go ahead.
