I’m a sexologist working online with a variety of clients, including queer and kinky community. My work is trauma-informed and sex positive. Humans in different relationships than 1:1 are very welcome too.
Well, I'm a Polish alien living in the Czech Republic, with a degree in Clinical Psychology and postgraduate studies in Practical Sexology, both completed at SWPS University (Wrocław/Poznań).
As a professional, my journey began in a psychiatric ward — both in detox and 24-hour care units — where I completed my university practice. Since then, my outlook has completely shifted. From strictly clinical and protocol-focused to strength-affirming and individual norms and contexts-centred.
Now I run a one-woman show online from the Czech Republic.
I originate from Poland, born in the ’90s.
Privately, I cultivate pleasure through cooking, a sense of connection, and caring for plants.
My five years of practice are grounded in Solution-Focused Philosophy and Positive Sexuality — topics I had the opportunity to explore during my postgraduate studies at SWPS University (Poznań) and to apply in practice at the Institute of Positive Sexuality (Warsaw, Poland).
In my work I integrate elements of the Internal Family Systems (because I strongly beieve that people are not monoliths) and Nonviolent Communication (because looking through needs, strategies and emotions seems handy in high emotions situations).
If you identify as poly, monogamish, envious, jealous, AuDHD, ADHD (or define yourself in any other way — GDSR should include all personal definitions), or if you have questions about related topics, please feel free to reach out and book an appointment. We can talk and explore possible changes or directions together.
If you’d like to explore kink but don’t know where to start, or you’re missing a safe space to talk things through before sharing with your partner(s), contact me via “It’s complicated.”
I work in private practice for 5 years. Dirong my whole practice I had pleasure to work with great therapy and culture centres in Poland and abroad. My practice is regurarly supervised.
My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology with a clinical specialization. I have completed two levels of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) training, as well as postgraduate studies in Practical Sexology in Poznań.
Thanks to my practice at the Institute of Positive Sexuality, I also had the opportunity to participate in SAR (Sexual Attitude Reassessment) trainings.
