About me

Hi, I’m Isabelle, a clinical psychologist and certified nutrition coach. I specialize in helping people heal their relationship with food—whether it’s binge eating, emotional eating, or feeling stuck in an endless cycle of dieting and guilt. I know how overwhelming it can be to struggle with food, but change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

With years of experience working with people from different backgrounds—especially expats—I understand the unique challenges that come with adjusting to a new culture while dealing with personal struggles. That’s why I offer sessions in English, German, and Spanish. While my main focus are food-related issues, I also help clients navigate self-esteem struggles, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly understood.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so I tailor my sessions to each client’s needs. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and intuitive eating to help you break free from unhelpful patterns and build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. We focus on understanding your triggers, changing your mindset around eating, and developing tools that actually work for you—without guilt, shame, or restrictive diets.

Beyond food, we can also work on the deeper emotional aspects, like self-worth, stress, and relationships. Whether you want to feel more in control, stop emotional eating, or just find more balance in your life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation, so if this resonates with you, feel free to reach out. You deserve to feel good in your body and at peace with food.
