-Intro Session-
We’ll start with a free 30-minute introductory session to get to know each other. In this first session you’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns and to explain to me the reason you get to therapy. I’ll introduce you how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) works and how it can benefit you. We’ll also take time to answer any questions you may have, so you can feel informed and comfortable with the therapeutic process.
-First, Second, and Subsequent Sessions-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is evidence-based and has a personalized approach. This means that the content and structure of the sessions will be adapted to fit your unique situation and needs. The main goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to manage the difficulties you are facing and achieve long-term positive change.The process is highly collaborative, with your active involvement guiding the work. Typically, clients achieve their objectives within 5 to 10 sessions, though you can continue as long as needed to feel fully supported and confident in managing your difficulties.
