My approach (Trauma-Focused Integrative Therapy) includes working with somatic (bodily) techniques, breathwork, mindfulness, emotions, and thoughts.
The main focuses of my approach are:
* deeply understanding the causes of your issues/ symptoms etc.;
* carefully working with emotions and experiences, in order to process them and alleviate your state;
* uncover your resources (your assets, what you can do) in order to live aligned with your values, purposes, and feelings.
The process is customized to your own needs, pace, and rhythm, and the first session (which is more like a get-to-know each other) is free of charge. I also offer psychological clinical evaluation, in order for both of us to have a starting point.
