I am a trained clinical psychologist based in Bucharest. In my work, I am less interested in surface symptoms and more interested in the patterns underneath them — the fears, beliefs, and emotional habits that quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Many of the people who come to me are thoughtful, capable, and high-functioning — yet internally overwhelmed. They struggle with overthinking, self-criticism, fear of making mistakes, or the feeling that they should be able to control their emotions and their lives better than they do.
Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or constant positivity. It is a reflective, structured space where we slow things down, untangle confusion, and learn how to stay with difficult emotions without collapsing into them.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while also focusing on deeper self-understanding and emotional tolerance. We look at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours connect — and we work toward clarity, self-compassion, and psychological flexibility.
You still do the work.
But you don’t have to do it alone.
