It's a wonderful healing thing to be seen, to be heard and to be acknowledged and accepted the way you are, with all your joys but moreso, with your sorrows, with your unique qualities but also with your vulnerabilities. Being able to look at them inside yourself, to talk about them and embrace them liberates you, it enriches your relationships and opens up new possibilities ahead of you.
I am a certified clinical psychologist and psychotherapist based in Bucharest, working with adults, children and parents but first of all I am a dreamer who believes that the world could be a better place, when people are happier with themselves.

I work with a humanistic-experiential approach that aims at focusing on the present moment and understanding experientially, in the here-and-now, the cause of the present dysfunction that interrupts the narrative of living, what Christopher Bollas calls "the stream of experience that nourishes us".
