About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Experiential Psychotherapist with experience in mental health assessment, emotional support, and long-term psychotherapeutic work. I am trained in Unifying Experiential Psychotherapy, a client-centered approach focused on presence, emotional insight, and a genuine therapeutic relationship. My work is centered on helping individuals and couples understand their emotional processes and respond to life’s challenges with more clarity and compassion. I often work with clients navigating anxiety, affective disorders, burnout, trauma, identity questions, and relationship difficulties. I offer a respectful, confidential, and grounding space where you can explore your experiences at your own rhythm.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
I believe that curiosity and the need for meaning are powerful resources in therapy. Even when things feel heavy or unclear, there is still an inner resilience that remains alive. Our work together will help you reconnect with that part of yourself. The fact that you are here already says something important: a part of you is searching for care, clarity, or ease — and is ready to take a step. In therapy, we will work in the here-and-now, using gentle exploration, emotional awareness, and active listening. When helpful, I may integrate creative-expressive, mindfulness-based, metaphorical, or transgenerational methods to support your process. My intention is to accompany you in: • Reconnecting with your authentic self • Developing emotional autonomy • Cultivating mindfulness, grounding, and clarity When working with couples and families, my focus is to create a safe and balanced space where each person feels seen, heard, and understood. Together, we slow the pace of interaction to explore the emotional needs, attachment patterns, and unspoken experiences that shape your relationships. By bringing awareness to these dynamics, we work towards rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional connection, and developing new ways of relating that feel more supportive, caring, and meaningful for everyone involved. I look forward to discovering your story together.

Experience

For over 7 years, I have been supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and complex trauma (C-PTSD), helping them restore emotional balance, self-awareness, and a grounded sense of self. My work is rooted in an integrative and experiential approach that focuses on emotional regulation, authenticity, and inner resilience. In addition to individual and relational therapy, I also facilitate therapeutic groups and collaborate with organizations to promote workplace wellbeing, stress reduction, and healthier work–life balance through counseling, psychoeducation, and experiential workshops.
