My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I aim to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), psychodynamic therapy, systemic family therapy, and regression therapy. I combine evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques with psychodynamic insights, systemic thinking, and regression therapy to tailor each session to the individual’s unique needs. This allows us to explore not only current symptoms but also underlying patterns shaped by early life experiences, relational dynamics, and unprocessed emotions.
This diverse training allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, whether you're facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, ADHD, chronic pain and illness, relational difficulties (such as divorce or issues of family dynamics, parent-infant relationships etc.) or major life transitions. Whether you’re facing an ongoing challenge or seeking to better understand yourself, I aim to meet you where you are and support your journey forward.
In addition to these therapeutic modalities, I incorporate body-oriented practices such as mindfulness and yoga to support regulation and healing on both psychological and physiological levels. With a particular interest in psychoneuroendocrinology and emotional regulation, I help clients understand how chronic stress impacts the mind-body connection and how we can restore balance through both insight and practical strategies.
Together, we will work to build emotional awareness, strengthen internal resources, and foster a sense of stability and growth. Whether you are dealing with longstanding difficulties or navigating a transition, my goal is to help you move toward a more grounded, empowered, and fulfilling life.
