Currently, alongside my private practice, I work as a psychological counselor at a Family and Child Welfare Center. Here, I primarily assist adults in navigating crisis situations, personal development challenges, and relationship conflicts.
Psychology has been a hobby of mine since early adolescence, but it was during my university years that I truly realized the importance of self-awareness. Through the time and energy I've invested in my own self-development, I have experienced firsthand the effectiveness of therapy.
The methods I use are scientifically proven and effective techniques for counseling. I prefer to keep the sessions open for free-flowing conversations, focusing on whatever topic you, the client, bring to the session - but if you prefer more direction, I use the following techniques:
According to IFS (Internal Family Systems), we are all made up of complex parts that develop in response to our experiences. In our work together, we will explore and get to know your parts, approaching each one with compassion and understanding. The IFS method allows us to heal from the inside out, fostering inner balance and self-acceptance.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps identify harmful patterns, while Acceptance and Commitment Therapy encourages us to accept the things we cannot change and act in line with our core values. These methods support building resilience and inner strength, allowing for a more conscious and balanced life.
