Hello, I’m Joelle, a dedicated and open-minded psychologist with a passion for helping people navigate their mental health journeys. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals and couples where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings and where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My diverse training entails PCA, Schema Therapy, Telehealth CBT, MCT-D, MCT-Silver & CT-R.
For more information, check my website: www.counsellorjoelle.com.
I mainly utilise the person-centred approach through online sessions, where you can connect from the cosy comfort of your own home as we work together toward your mental wellness. I also incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative space where you can express yourself freely and work through challenges with someone who truly understands.
Additional Resources: I may provide personalised worksheets, psychoeducation, skills training, or reflective activities to help you reinforce and apply the insights from our sessions between meetings.
Sessions Packages: I can also offer sessions in packages based on your needs (i.e. 6 sessions package). Feel free to contact me to discuss your preferences.
