Living in different parts of the world has taught me a lot, helping me understand and respect other cultures. I also speak multiple languages, which helps me connect with people better.
I use mindfulness to help people stay focused on the present and feel mentally well. Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) guides my work in changing negative thoughts and behaviours, especially in families. I also use insights from neuroscience to understand how the brain works, making my interventions more effective.
Breathwork is part of my practice to create a calm space for emotional well-being. Emotion coaching is another skill I use to help families handle feelings better. With my varied skills, languages, and cultural understanding, I aim to provide family therapy that is personalized, culturally aware, and helpful in facing life's challenges.
