About me

I am a clinical psychologist and PhD student in psychology, combining years of learning and experience to support individuals on their journey toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. My work is guided by the belief that creating a more peaceful and connected society begins with helping each person find their sense of purpose, balance, and meaning.

Life often pulls us away from what it means to truly be human—our need for connection, belonging, and self-compassion gets buried under endless to-do lists, societal pressures, and the weight of comparison. As someone who has lived abroad for years, I understand firsthand the challenges of finding connection and belonging in a world that often feels fragmented. Like many, I have faced decisions, transitions, and struggles that have shaped my own understanding of what it means to be human.

I see my role as helping individuals reconnect with reality, awaken to their values, and guide life’s difficulties with greater clarity. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with insights from various traditions and belief systems, my approach is to guide clients toward a deeper connection with themselves and the present moment. Together, we can explore ways to live a life driven by what truly matters to you rather than being stuck in cycles of avoidance or overwhelm.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, and I currently practice under supervision as part of my ongoing professional development. I am committed to making therapy accessible and affordable, believing that support should never feel out of reach.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.

Rooted in the principles of ACT, my therapeutic approach integrates insights from both contemporary psychology and timeless philosophies. My approach encourages clients to become more attuned to their experiences, shifting their focus to the present moment rather than dwelling on the past or fearing the future. My intervention is carried out with warmth, sincerity, and true compassion for the human condition. Together, we can explore ways to accept life’s uncertainties, live with greater mindfulness, and honour the flow of human emotions.

Grief, loss, anxiety, or even the sense of meaninglessness can become guides, pointing us toward growth, connection, and resilience. Because even in the depths of pain and suffering, there is potential to uncover meaning, purpose, and resilience. My approach is not about chasing happiness or “fixing” what feels broken. Instead, it is about pursuing the courage to sit with life’s contradictions and using them as stepping stones toward a more authentic existence. My approach is based on the acceptance of human experiences, including pain, and places importance on people to act in accordance with their values. I use an integrative model that helps you effectively combine action in the physical world with acceptance of your inner world. This approach raises greater awareness of your ongoing flow of emotions and experiences, allowing you to move towards your goals with more clarity and self-compassion.

If you are ready to slow down and explore what it means to live a life aligned with your deepest values, I am here to support you. Together, we can help you move from simply surviving to genuinely ‘living’.
