I help my clients bring the different areas of their lives, and the roles they carry, into better alignment. Together, we look for practical tools so they can stay present and actually feel more enjoyment, even when life is busy and fast. We also create a space where they can turn toward themselves with safety, acceptance, and compassion.
From there, we can take a closer look at what feels hard - step by step, almost frame by frame. Through small experiments and our conversations, clients often start to understand themselves more clearly: not just who they are, but (just as importantly) how they do what they do. And along the way, we make room for curiosity again, toward themselves, and toward the world.
Individual Psychological Counselling, Gestalt Therapy — 50 minutes/session
We meet weekly or every other week to talk through the topic you bring. This is a self-exploration process that also makes space for deeper patterns and connections. Through our work together—in ongoing dialogue—we identify your strengths and resources, and develop solutions that are realistic and manageable for everyday challenges. I support you in building a life where you matter to yourself, and where you can experience who you are with safety and joy.
Individual Coaching — 50 minutes/session
A goal-oriented process focused on solving a specific issue. Together, we clarify your goal and outline how you want to achieve it. I then accompany you week by week: we reflect on what’s happening, integrate the learnings, and keep moving toward implementation.
In my coaching sessions, we use a systems perspective to broaden your view of the situation — so you can understand it more clearly and find solutions that work across different contexts.
