I practice relational, experiential Gestalt therapy. This means we stay close to what’s happening in the “here and now” — noticing how your feelings, thoughts, body sensations, and relational patterns show up between us. Instead of analyzing from a distance, we slow down key moments, listen to what your body and emotions are saying, and explore them through gentle, well-paced experiments. The aim is greater awareness, choice, and aliveness — so you can respond to life more freely, rather than repeating old patterns.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and also offer sex therapy. My style is warm, grounded, and practical. I hold a steady, trusting frame while helping you translate insights into small, doable steps. Many clients choose to stay longer-term because they feel safe exploring complex areas — trauma, intimacy, shame, perfectionism, identity, people-pleasing, and cross-cultural transitions.
Working with trauma
If trauma is part of your story, we go slowly and with consent. Together we build safety, strengthen regulation, and process difficult material at a pace that feels tolerable and meaningful — never overwhelming.
Couples & family therapy
With couples, I align with the relationship rather than either partner. We map your interaction cycles, slow things down, and rebuild safety through communication, boundaries, repair, and shared meaning. Together we look at how each partner’s history shapes the present dynamic, and practice new ways of meeting each other — not just talking about it.
Sex therapy
I offer sex-positive, inclusive, and evidence-based sex therapy. This can include education, desire and arousal mapping, communication tools, and structured home exercises (like sensate focus) to reduce anxiety, increase pleasure, and strengthen connection.
Inclusive and adaptable
I welcome neurodivergent clients and adjust the format to fit your needs — for example, using written prompts, clear agendas, slower pacing, or short breaks. My background in the corporate and IT world also helps me understand workplace stress, burnout, leadership struggles, and team dynamics.
Practicalities
I offer in-person sessions in Budapest and online sessions in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Frequency can be weekly or adjusted to your rhythm. I maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and clear boundaries. I do not prescribe medication.
If this approach resonates with you, we can start with an initial meeting to explore your goals and see how we fit. From there, we’ll build a steady, respectful space where depth, clarity, and real change can unfold.
