About me

The ins and outs of human behaviour have always fascinated me, but my first degree and choice of career was in the field of economics and marketing. Very early on I have discovered that I have to move towards a profession that is more suitable for my interests and skills. This is why I started studying psychology. After graduation I spent a couple of years doing clinical work, specializing in supporting patients with different kind of physical ailments and have been certified as a clinical health psychologist. Nowadays I only work in private practice, offering help with various problems and issues that clients need guidance with. I strongly believe in trying to achieve a life that is fulfilling in every way that is important to you, so I pay special attention to my hobbies (gardening, reading, decorating) as well as spending quality time with my family.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Dream analysisDream analysis is the interpretation of dreams to explore their underlying meanings.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.

One of the cornerstones of my therapeutic approach is providing clients with the unwavering focus and presence that is necessary for healing. I always aim to ensure they feel safe and all of their emotions are welcome. I do not follow one therapeutic methodology, rather a holistic approach with focus on the individual and their needs.
