Hello, My name is Keti, and I appreciate to have an opportunity to introduce myself to you. I have always been passionate about helping people. I dedicated years of education and practice to achieve the professionalism necessary to facilitate positive change in those who seek help. I believe everyone has a right to guide their life and find individual ways to overcome difficulties. For this reason, I use an approach where your needs, unique circumstances, and your drive toward growth will be the primary healing tools. Below, you can find details about my educational and professional background. Please feel free to reach out personally if you have any further questions. https://counsellingwithketi.com/sample-page/
I mainly use Person-Centered (Rogerian) approach to counselling. I believe that given the right conditions, everyone can become better version of themselves. Hence, I offer you the comfort of talking in a safe environment where you can express your needs and emotions and where you will be encouraged to work through your struggles. I believe in emotional support based on active listening, empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. I mostly work with my clients for long-term.
