I practice existential therapy, which is grounded in the key concepts of freedom, responsibility, and the search for meaning. This approach helps clients connect with themselves more deeply, open up to the possibilities the world offers, and navigate life’s crises with greater resilience.
In our sessions, we will engage in thoughtful conversation. I will ask guiding questions that allow you to better understand yourself and the challenges you are facing. Together, we will explore your emotions, experiences, and inner conflicts. I will help you uncover the roots of what troubles you. At times, I may suggest practical exercises or offer homework tasks designed to support and accelerate your therapeutic process.
What I will not do is give ready-made advice. As in the old Russian tale about Prince Ivan, who comes across a stone in the forest with an inscription: “If you go right, you will lose your sword; left, your horse; straight ahead, your life.” In therapy, too, we often face crossroads. My role is to help you see the direction clearly, while the choice of which path to take will always remain yours.
If you are seeking to break free from codependent family dynamics, heal the impact of childhood trauma, overcome anxiety, or move through your fears — I will walk alongside you in this process. I believe in your capacity to create change and to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
