I have made 6 trips to India, taking from there breathing techniques, meditation and knowledge that have allowed me take a vision of life connected to the plane of the soul and of self-realization and true contentment. Our mind full of judgments and conditioning must be lovingly cleansed and embraced so that our being can be at peace, free of burdens and enjoying existence.
my approach is a set of collaborative tools to start from the body to recognize that it needs to be unlocked and thus move towards a more subtle plane of deeper connection to release stress and tune into that pure place within us where everything is fine and the possibilities are endless
